Privacy Policy

At M.A.D Dog Club we store the personal data you have provided in the class enrollment form. We also hold any pictures taken in class/1-2-1 sessions/workshops/seminars of you, your dog and family (which may be shared on social media - you can opt out of this, please just let us know). We never pass on any client information to third parties or any of our affiliates.

Your information (that you have submitted in your enquiry/enrollment form) will be used in the following ways -

  • To contact you to discuss/arrange the service you would like (e.g. class, workshop, individual session etc.)

  • If signed up to classes we will email each week, after class, to let you know what we covered. This helps you to keep track and know what to work on before your next class.

  • After your class block we will email you with information on other services we recommend to help you and your dog on your training journey.

  • We will use your email/phone number to get in touch if one of your classes has been cancelled/rearranged.

  • If you have signed up to our newsletter we use your details to send the newsletter so you can keep up to date with our news, products and events.

  • If you have enquired about a 1-2-1 session we will use your email to ask questions about your dog and arrange your appointment. We will also email you a training report after your session to help aid your training. Approximately 4-6 weeks after your session we will email you to ask how the training is going.

  • We will only call you if you have asked us to do so or Karen's DOGS need to rearrange/cancel a service you are signed up to.

  • If you get in touch to put your name on the waiting list for a service, we will get in touch as soon as a new start date has been arranged. Your name will then be deleted off our waiting list.

We will retain your personal detail for two years (continually if you have opted in to the newsletter - you are able to unsubscribe at any point, in which case your details will then be held for two years from the date of you requested to unsubscribe).
